As an active person I really enjoy exercise and can also appreciate that there are some mums to be out there would like to do some exercise in order to not put on too much weight during pregnancy. The amount of advice regarding this I found to be quite disappointing and I was often worried about which exercises were safe to do whilst pregnant.I decided to do some research and the outcome of this had led to me putting together this book with a list of safe but effective exercises for pregnant mums to be out there to participate in. These exercises can be performed to keep active, healthy and limit the weight gained during pregnancy and to help you get your figure back more quickly after having your baby.
